thousands of individuals who suffered injuries from unsafe conditions and products or from oversights in failing to take necessary measures to keep people safe.  In that capacity, Lynn developed a passion for assisting her clients in facing life and health care challenges and honed her skills in patient advocacy.

Lynn is a member of the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority, a governmental agency that works with Patient Safety Officers of Pennsylvania Health Care organizations to evaluate patient safety events and improve patient safety throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

In the past, as a medical malpractice trial attorney, Lynn has lectured to trial attorneys and pharmaceutical representatives on medical and product liability issues facing consumers and how litigation can be used as a vehicle for making changes to improve patient safety.  She has litigated cases involving issues of consumer and patient safety in Courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts and Florida.

Lynn is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and Supreme Court of NJ, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She has been a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the American Association of Justice, New Jersey Association of Justice and the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations.  She serves as Judge Pro Tem of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.  She has served on the Board of Congregation Tifereth Israel of Lower Bucks County. She is a member of JK Hospitality, LLC which operates the Golden Corral Restaurant in Bensalem, PA.
