In addition to addressing her clients’ individual needs, Ms. Zenlea also focused on executing intergenerational community programs for Holocaust survivors, and has worked with educational programs for caregivers to bridge gaps in understanding of the
impact of trauma on survivors of human atrocities and genocide. Ms. Zenlea developed on-line “Zoom and Schmooze” programs and “Read and Schmooze” newsletter to keep survivors connected during the pandemic.

Sara has also worked in case management for older adults in urban, underserved
communities and has served as a care consultant with the Alzheimer’s Association.

Ms. Zenlea holds an M.S.W. from Florida Atlantic University with certification in Geriatric Social Work.
