The Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) provides free legal services to low-income people with disabilities and to the deaf and hard of hearing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. This includes legal service for victims of domestic violence, customer fraud and identity theft, habitability issues or eviction, and more.

The Medical Assistance Transportation Program, also known as MATP, provides transportation to medical appointments for Medical Assistance recipients who do not have transportation available to them. The individual’s county of residence will provide the type of transportation that is the least expensive while still meeting their needs.

GoodRX is a free Telemedicine platform for patients to find low cost and discount medications. It is accepted at over 70,000 pharmacies nationwide. It's free to use and no insurance is required.


The Pennsylvania Department of Aging offers the PACE Program to older adults, PACE and PACENET, offer low-cost prescription medication to qualified residents 65 and older. The program works with Medicare Part D plans and other prescription drug plans such as retiree/union coverage, employer plans, Medicare Advantage (HMO, PPO) and Veterans’ Benefits (VA) to lower out-of-pocket costs for medications.

Clients can search and compare prescription prices based on location, drug name, drug strength, drug form, quantity, and pharmacy.
