Kristina Birnbrauer, PhD is an accomplished marketing and communications leader in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries with more than 20 years of experience managing product launches and inline brands, portfolio positioning and innovative commercial initiatives that drive revenue in highly competitive markets. Dr. Birnbrauer is an authentic communicator known for

cross-functional collaboration, goal alignment, and consistently delivering results while inspiring teams to execute flawlessly. She excels in brand building, marketing strategy, product management, digital & personal promotion, customer segmentation, market access, relationship management and field execution. 

 

Dr. Birnbrauer earned her PhD in Mass Communication from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida. She is a published health communication expert whose research evaluates the effects of health information and media on health behavior. Her passion for patient advocacy stems from an acute health crisis involving dengue fever and viral meningitis. She is committed to ensuring all patients understand how to navigate their healthcare options, and has demonstrated this commitment through improving access to therapies, educating patients to participate in the care dialogue, and advancing health literacy initiatives through her academic and industry contributions.
